Case is not a cuecraft for sure, it has very small hinges and better quality than my 3/4 cuecraft case. You were right about having a sticker on the case but i only can say what previous owner did. I did not buy from hunt and osborne but he did and i have all receipts.:snooker:

Surely you know the cue market and the significance of such a cue or you would not be asking for such a large amount for it .
You want to do your homework 1st mate otherwise you will get tarnished with the same brush as another cue seller .

I assume that the previous owner asked for the 6 chevrons as well ?

So you're telling the forum that it cost you £1350 and that was second hand because you didn't order it from new yourself??? Am I right so far???

And as for the case - it is a similar case to the ones that Cue Craft supply - although I can tell by looking at the picture, that it's NOT one of their own well made and manufactured in the UK cases.... As you've probably gathered, I reperesent Cue Craft on the forum, so am well aware of their products. The case pictured is an imported case in a 1 piece version of the 3/4 lightweight cases that ARE supplied by many UK cue sellers...

Oh, and just because something is (temporarily) unavailable, doesnt mean you can sell it for silly money... I have several Joe Davis cues, and unless through the wonders of medical science, old Joe is to be dug up and ressurrected, I cant see anybody making any more JD original cues can you??? And they're less than 16 times what you're asking for this cue!!!

Take my (and the other forum members) advice - don't deal with Fedia, and don't take the p@/s with cues like this H & O and the Acuerate...

The case looks exactly the same as what H&O supplies these days.
It is a nice looking cue.
You never know, someone from the Far East may buy it--especially if they want a Black plate in brand new condition right away.
I am not sure if anyone would pay anything silly for a Joe Davis cue though, but hey you never know.

Not bothered about anybody paying silly money for the Joe Davis cues I have...one day when I have time I may advertise them, but not for £1600!

Yes, I am not disagreeing with you there. Just saying when you order a H&O cue and an aluminum case that is the case you get from them, with a sticker. Not a bad case though, in my humble opinion.
The Cue Craft cases are top quality metal cases. I also like the old Barracuda cases--especially the kind with the velvet interior.

Hi, yes the Heavy Duty Aluminium 1 piece, 2 piece and 3 piece Craft cases are made locally to me at their factory in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. They are distinctive with their 'dimple' type foam in the the lid of the case and also feature top quality German engineered locks. They really are The Best quality cases currently available.

As I said previously, all cue makers, Cue Craft included, supply the cheaper lightweight Aluminium 3/4 cases (but not 2 piece or 1 piece).

Yes I too liked the Barracuda full length cases with Velvet interior. Sold loads of these and never a complaint - just totally unavailable at the moment, but watch this space...

Cue Craft now supply lots of different designs (see below), particularly in 3/4 length as the current crop of 3/4 cues they're producing generally always feature a Butt joint and thereore you can fit a 3/4 cue, plus mini-butt AND a telescopic ext. all in one case, as opposed to when they just did 3/4 fitting long extensions and that required you to have a full one piece case - more hassle for travelling round.
