I have recently just had a cue gave to me after something happened to my old cue its an old piece cue which my dad and uncle have played with for 15 years minimum and now it has a quite big bend at the tip of the cue and im wondering if there are any ideas on how to straighten this again without taking it to be repaired properly.

cue straightning
thats how i do some of mine hotpot does depend how bad, roll it on table when tip lifts turn over and just rub with my hand the heat it generates is sometimes enuf.but i have seen them done using your knee,if there fairly bad i put a couple of old towels over the round metal bed and gently push them backwards and forwards and that generates heat again and that moves them its all trial and error though
