Looks totally brand new again the shaft has been straightened and tapered down to 9mm and the shaft has totally been refinished again at no extra cost i am very pleased with the results just got to wait for the finish to totally dry so i can start playing again tomorrow

Yes the shaft has been re-finished and turned down to 9mm as you requested. No idea why it bent in such a short space of time? But as you and JB have said, I'll always sort out any teething troubles and Cue Crafts' aftersales service is second to none..
