Totally agree, another two of the good guys in the cue business, lots of choice, easy to deal with, reliable & good value for money can't ask for more than that really.

Is it just Dave makes the cues or are there more folks involved?

Why did you wait so long! I bet that Lindrum picture badge cue tempted you (if you saw it), lovely peice of wood.. I had itchy buying fingers on Saturday when I popped in.

Mmmm can't quite agree sorry - the younger one totally - the older one? not at all- abrupt surly and quite unhelpful ! - speaking from my personal experience of course.

Sorry mate, but as much as you are due your own opinion,I cannot agree that Dave (the older one) as you put it,is, in any way, abrupt, surly or unhelpful. I have had quite a few dealings with both Simon and Dave and have never found either of them to be anything other than polite knowledgeable AND helpful.

Suffice to say they won't be getting any further custom from me.

I bought two cues with Dave and Simon and I'm very happy with their service. And even though the second one doesn't fit my game, the cue itself was very well made. It just not suits me.
but both guys are very helpful.

Agree. I think they've both got the patience of saints, I've been in a couple of times when they've had people ringing up asking obscure things about cues they've ordered and expecting an immediate answer even though they're told the cue is in the workshop and they'll give them a call back several times.

Totally agree same here, but we are all entitled to our own opinion based on our own experiences and as the old saying goes " you can't please all of the people all of the time " and as a buyer or seller we all have different personalities so we can't always get on nicely.

Anybody can have a bad day depending on what else is going on, and generally in life today expectations are sky high, so there's destined to be disappointments sometimes.
