Needing a custom round name plaque!

can anyone point me in the right direction for a someone to make a one off, round, name plaque (badge) its to be a chelsea FC crest.
of the same kind as the ones you get on unique cues.

Have you thought about buying a round enamel chelsea badge and taking the pin off the back? I don't know how big they are but it would be worth checking.

These badges are approx 20mm diameter.

Hi Mate,

I have offered to help out another member with a custom name plate and am willing to help you out too. I have access to a laser cutter/engraver that can extremely accurately cut/engraver from any design I feed in to it.

So if you can get me the dimensions of the plate/disc, tell me what material you would like and provide me with a design for it I will happily make one as a project with the only costs being materials. If you struggle with the design and you need me to put one together I will need to add £5 to the cost of materials.

I have not made any cue plates/discs yet but have used this equipment at work with my students creating personalised Phone Charms and bits.

So at present I am offering to help out a couple of people for the cost of materials to see what results I can get.
