        update

This seller is gonna take care of it to my satisfaction. He is taking it seriously as he should. First one to do so. Good deal. A sign of integrity.

This is an excellent example of why you get to know your cuemaker, instead of a cue seller. A good cue maker will sell you what you need, while a good seller will sell you any thing he can.

            maker

Sorry if I caused any confusion. the seller is also the maker of the cue. But I agree and am glad he is responding in this way.

I feel for ya, I have been saying this same thing for years, there are very few good snooker cue builders imo. what seems to pass for quality of finish and wood in the snooker world is not the same as what is expected from american cues. I have seen more bent ash cues than you can shake a stick at
If you want quality of finish and a cue that will stay straight contact Kevin Deroo, not cheap but you get what you pay for.
