I have one and have used it over the years as I learned more about the game, I've come to realize it is junk. Today I am looking for something new but it's hard to find something really good in Canada.

Although this is an old question, I bet some people will find themselves googling Waslin to see what pops up. So for them and others that might be on a tight budget as I was some 7 years ago.
This cue is:
Hollow sounding when in contact with the cue ball.
Warped, but I've learned to work with using the Ash (chevron) designs to help straighten my stroke.
Imbalanced
And will need to be re tipped off the hop - even for a beginner to use

Over all, don't buy it. Learn from my mistake, however; if anyone does buy this, be nice enough not to resell and only upset the next purchaser. Just deal with the mistake and move on.
