Well after being quoted 8 month waiting time. It's 18 month on and I still have no cue and no definite time frame. Getting a bit p***ed off to say the least.

I've only spoken to John by telephone a few times but I always found him very polite, personable and easy to deal with.

Sounds a bit bad I must say. Have you been very specific about the shaft requirements? Only I notice that you have a 58.5" and maybe finding something in that length with the right playing characteristics as well as specific grain I can only assume its a struggle to find what you are after.

He told me that I'm close to the top of the list. Also that nobody has been done before me in the list as later orders are still there. I'll be making another phone call at the end of the month for an update and hopefully get a time frame.
