Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. I want to order a Trevor White cue, and I sent an email to Trevor around two weeks ago, and want to ask some more questions before I place an order. However, never get reply email from him. Does anyone try to contact Trevor white throught email in these few weeks? Does Trevor White relplies your email? Any other better way to contact Trevor you would suggest? Thanks a lot.

I have had email conversations with Trevor White in the past and I have not had any problems, others on this forum have made comments that the key word when dealing with Mr White is "patience", he is a one-man-band and is extremely busy, so hopefully he will find your email amongst all the others. But one thing that always comes at the end is "the wait is worth it"
Send another email and be patient

I know he has a load of orders in hand at the moment, as I did talk to him a month ago, and, of course, he is a very nice guy, and he gave me some useful comments at that time. However, I tried to contact him again through email around 2 weeks ago, but no reply at all. Hope I can get his reply very soon. Yes, you are right, nothing is better than "patience" now. Anyway, thanks for your experience sharing mate. Cheers.

Oicic, That's may be the reason. But he did offer me around 50 weeks making time last month, but I need to consider it deeply at that time, as it is a very long time wait, and I tried to get back to him two weeks ago, no reply at all. But anyway, hope he can finish the current orders in these few months, and I will try to contact him again later. Thanks your advice.Originally Posted by cally View PostTrevor is not taking any new orders/work at the moment, that maybe the reason he is not getting back to you....

Give Trevor another e-mail as he is trying his very best to sort all his Orders and e-mails out as soon as he can, Please Bare in Mind Trevor is a One Man Band!.....Which I prefer as you know you are Getting a Top Quality Cue Everytime not like some Other Cue Makers who have Tom/Dick/Harry Making them and Importing alot of them and sticking there Badge on them.

To honest I got a bit fustrated with TW and almost blew my order. I was out of order but trev forgave me and I now have a beautiful cue. I think with trevor the best way to deal with him is make up your mind about your spec before contacting him, place your order pay your deposit and forget about the cue until TW contacts you to tell you it's ready.
Easy for me to say, I got my cue
