Looks as though it has seen many a better day and if someone is willing to put the time and money in to it they could get a nice cue out of it.

You need to ask your mate if he is willing to put the time, effort and money in to it or see if he is happy to take a pain free quick sale.

Yeah just spoke to Dave, he's making a couple of repairs and a light refinish?
Says should look good an be ready this time next week.
As for price I explained my mate was hoping for £140-150 on ebay,
Dave thinks about the same cos of the length, shame really, that extra inch or two really would make a difference! Lol

length is the issue you should get about what you are saying but my advice is take the first sensible cash offer ebays fees and paypal would mean you need 150 to get 120 etc etc
