  • Another snapped cue for me to fix.

    here i have another snapped cue to try and put back together..I bought the cue from JRC from the forum and sold it to a good mate..he loved the cue so you can imagine the look on his face when his son closed the car door shut and the cue snapped ouch..lets hope i can do my best with it..will post up pics again when sorted..


    Not played for 3 years and itching for a game....11-3-2017.

    Looks like a clean break so good luck with it, you did a good job last time....is that cue still playing well ???
    Edit: tell your mate to get a hard case for it .....

      never mind a hard case..i told him to get rid of his children...ha ha ! Yes bud the other cue i fixed is playing superb..the guy was more than happy with it...so long as he keeps winning his games then the cue should be ok.

              I have seen Many Cues Repaired and too be Honest there Never the Same again!

                Good luck with the repair Warren, it looks a nice clean break which should help.

                How strong are these once repaired, have you noticed any change in the way these cues play?

                  Thanks Andy..this repair was made eisier as the break was clean thus presenting no problems for gluing and clamping together. And i have not noticed any diffrence in the cue's playability from when the break happened..hope that helps.Here are som pics of the repaired cue..






                  I had to fix one of the hand spliced fingers as this was lifting pretty bad..the guy has since got the cue and he was delighted with the repair...another happy customer !
