Guys I bought the Stephen Hendry Replica cue. I received it on Monday and sent it back to HONG KONG (which is where their cues come from) the next day. The splicing finish was so poor. And the 'Ebony mni-butt' was in fact plastic and damaged! The actual shaft wasn't too bad but wasn't anything like straight. The finish was uneven and basic. So the cue has ended up costing me £20 for the postage this way and the same for ME sending it back. £40 wasted. Now waiting to see if I get my refund as promised.

But surely you only pay for the postage back to them ? you should get a full refund of what you originally paid
