No mate. I am supposed to get a refund of original price LESS the postage, not thinking it would be from Hong Kong! Never mind having to post it back there via courier so it's signed for and was told it would have to be back within 7 days of signing for it!

Very poor service, and no wonder they only communicate by EMAIL!

Contacts mate otherwise to get it there within their '7 days' it would have cost more than double that!

So the cue has ended up costing me £20 for the postage this way and the same for ME sending it back. £40 wasted. Now waiting to see if I get my refund as promised.
You actually had 14 days to return it according to there website. Im not very confident now on my cue. Gonna check it before i sign for it and if its not up to scratch not gonna sign for it as it states on there website:
                3) I received the cue and the package was damaged. Cue shaft was dented etc.
All our cues are well packed before sending. In case you received the cue in bad condition, such as package damaged, please do not accept the item and refuse it. Once you received the item, we cannot be responsible for any damages subsequently report to us.

Mate, don't go just by my bad experience. There seems to be mixed views on their cues and yours may be fine.

Like I said the actual shaft was decent enough at the price but the finish and splicing was poor. And the plastic mini-butt was damaged.

Just be prepared to have to send it back to Hong Kong though if you are not satisfied with it.

For info - I just bought a Phoenix Master Cue from Craftsman, and it is spot on

I received a Dunns Cue today. And you get what you paid for. The overall finish looks good, and is not plastered with lacquer or varnish. However the shaft on mine isn't dead straight. It's got a very fine warp close to the tip. Not an awful lot, you can't notice it by the eye but you can rolling it across the table. It does sound a little hollow but that's only when using alot of power. The balance point is very good and the air lock joint is nice. They seem to be worth it for the money. But i wouldn't recommend one for a super serious player.

To check whether a cue is straight you should do it by looking down the cue and not roll it on a table as this depends on how the cue is made, such as butt thickness, join, tip thickness. these can all effect how a straight cue can roll on a table
