    as the title says

1 piece gives better feel, 3/4 gives better convenience imo
Normally 1 piece cues are lighter than 3/4 so that may also determine your choice

1 piece jointed above the splices is my preference; best of both worlds IMO.

If the cue is made well there is nothing between them.

I have no idea, I'm just curious as to why, as these cue don't have the best rep, although I have seen some positive feed back lately.

The only reason i have it there is as you know i bought 1 of there cues and am very very happy with all aspects of the cue and everyone was asking me if Dunn's had a website so i decided to put a link to there website on my footer..
                    hope this helps.

No worries Warren I was just asking, I haven't got a problem with it at all.

A Mike Wooldridge with 3/4 joint cue looks like a 1 pce and you are unlikely to tell the difference.

What about durability? My uneducated guess is that onepiece may last longer than 3/4 piece due to the absence of joints..

Does anyone really know the answer to this post? It's a bit like other posts who ask "Who makes the best cues?". There's too many variables and exceptions to the rule. I've just ordered up a one-piece cos I've developed a phobia of joints! Just me being daft!! I've heard that a one-piece is more likely to warp? Maybe true maybe not. At the end of the day I just want a nice cue that I feel comfortable with.

A well made 3/4 will have no problems over a long period if proper care is taken, stored in a good solid case.
