not overly stiff, I dunno what defines whippy. It plays decent but only played pool with it

Its a brass ferrule mate.

I dont know how old it is, sorry.

Yeah it is a nice cue. I was hoping ADR would reply with how much he thinks it worth and maybe give some indication to its age.
