Mark is the seller and using his ebay account (just like we all do)

Imagine what one would pay for Ronnie's old cue plus one frame with Ronnie. I reckon many people with deep pockets would not mind to spend a small fortune for that.

Perhaps he would have better luck auctioning it off in front of a crowd when he is invited to do an exhibition.
Auction the cue off then play a match with the winner and take some photos and such in front of a crowd. it would generate more excitment and more people would be tempted to place a bid when they can see Mark King and the cue in front of them.
The way I see it in an exhibition most people present would be his fans and they can see the cue and know that it is a real deal but on ebay most people might look at this like a joke or suspect it may be a scam...
Besides, if the winner is located in another country does the winner have to travel all the way to his home club to just play one frame with Mark.
                          Just my opinion though.
