I remember seeing one once. It looked decent enough, but at the time I was more interested in playing so didn't take notice of it.
I don't know anything else about the guy, sorry.

I've got two Albert Monkhouse cues and a Merral-Monkhouse cue as well. No idea how old they are but pretty old would be my guessComment
