I do believe that the fact he lost his old powerglide cue had a huge impact on his play. He played with that cue for so long, it was like a part of his body. then it snapped and he had to find a cue that feels right, I think the other cues are close yet different to his old cue, a bit like feels right but not 100% comfortable with it. His play is still high standard which is reinforced by his latest 147.
