Darker Cue Shaft

Finally done something yesterday that I have wanting to do for ages but just didnt have the courage to do it as didnt want to ruin my cue and that was dye my shaft a darker colour but now I have it looks incredible and im so happy with how it has turned out.

I will post some pics of it later when the dye has fully dried.

How do you mean, you've dyed it? With a woodstain type liquid?

How dark have you gone? A little darker, or mahogony type colour?

Yeah I have dyed it with a wood dye which comes in liquid for its like a stain but when applied you can still see all the grain in the cue and to be fair the results are perfect to me looks quality and yes i have got quite a bit darker the colour is called Peruvian Mahogony.

Haa the jokes are out already dean mate and no i forgot to take before photos lol didnt think but it was quite a whiteish shaft to start with you will be able to tell the colour change
