Depending on the thickness of the wood. U would cut the block into pieces to use for one piece cue.

I dont know the sizes u need to get 4 pieces from one block but i imagine you would only need 2 blocks. Maybe one of the cue makers could confirm?

I said it would be expensive!

Just don't get it done by JP, I don't think a lotto win would cover it!
If you want to play the pink, but you're hampered by the red, you could always try to play the brown!

I have just spliced up a full cocobolo butted cue. Not finished it yet but will look good.

Also I have a cue with alternate amboyna burr and ebony splices. Looks amazing.
It is possible to get burr in 19 inch lengths, just very expensive.
          I will add a pic ...

Not sure about a full snakewood butt. A few top cue makers have put me off when Ive asked, both saying they split along the glue lines.

The more i think about it the more it seems a silly pointless idea.

its just under 9mm so a pool cue at full length really but i have just re-tipped it and had a few frames, its an amazing cue - the owner is open to sensible offers but you can imagine what such a thing costs from mike!
