I was just curious more than anything as to whether it could be done, sometimes you come across a cue that looks almost perfect in feel and grain but their maybe large gap on the cueing side where it goes arrow, arrow, arrow, large big gap arrow, arrow. I find the gap puts me off as it stands out when your looking down the cue as you see this big long bare patch going back and too which catches your eye.

At least it makes for a decent debate, some good pics as well as to what can be achieved. Just seems a pitty to discard a cue would feel almost perfect in your hand but for the patch on the grain on the cueing side, if that could be sorted then it opens up more cues to players that like an even flow of arrows.

The one i saw was maple for sure. The darker "chevrons" had been deep black. But i dont no what kind of wood. Maybe it is just a kind of dyed glue?

I think so. Laminated shafts are not a novelty. But this type is something new indeed.

I asked the seller about the price and i remember he said they start at approx 350 Euro.

mind control > body control > cue control > ball control

And then I assume you would get arrows going the other way on the bottom side of the cue?

I would think it should be the same direction both top and bottom.
