I have purchased a Phoenix cue from Craftsman Cues it is a standard machine spliced with a beautiful ebony butt I had never purchased a cue by telephone or online and was a bit wary however Simon Brown at Craftsman was most helpful and his information and telephone manner was the closest to a face to face sale you could get (A pleasant change in todays "Grunt I dont know" brigade, does anybody out there own one of these cues I would love to hear some feedback from you.
