Dont see "the Cue Man" very often these days--a very well aged Mike Wooldridge cue....that looks like a butterfly spliced to me but in the listing it says hand spliced.
Nice! Unfortunately the MW will stay in the Netherlands with my boyfriend (as he's the one with the big breaks), but I'll be up for a viewing of your (incoming) MW!

lol. yes. the original cueman...
very old. probably 20+ years. i only did a few of them just as an experiment at the time. pretty much threw them together but turned out nice playing cues.
butterfly spliced/hand spliced. no difference really apart from end appearance. made by hand using same tools so i personally do not view them any different from full 'hand' spliced cues. just easier to make.
you can of course mass produce butterfly spliced and 'machine' spliced cues but i don't, so they're hand made.
