Extension for a short 4ft cue ?

Due to restricted room sizes the only cue I can use is a 4ft. However, to make life a little better I would a couple of inches more [dont we all ;-)]

I was wonderinf if there are any push on extensions but on the short side. Or DIY suggestions, any thoughts :-)

I went pikey and did a cheeky add on... Extra 4 inches.
