Raper & sons, customising help

Hi, I'm new on this forum so I'm hoping this is the right section to post,
I have a one piece raper & sons maple cue I want to get cut down into a 3/4 cue with a SD butt joint and some extra splicing to the butt, I was hoping people would lead me in the right direction into getting this done? I have looked on the net and have hot a price off wright cues for this, has anyone had work done by these?

Some people have told me to get a new cue as this would be cheaper, but it's a great cue and has been passed down in my family,

its also helps if you let us know were abouts in the country you are so you can be pointed to the nearest to you

Regs work at wright cues is top notch.

Like jim says, location can play a part in where you go and also how much u want to spend.

craftsman kippax leeds prob nearest mind you if your snake pass side andy travis is nearest at stocksbridge prob only 20 ml away

im just curious how much roughly would you experience members say a job like that would cost, obviously it differs from where you go but roughly

The price I got from wright cues was £175 I'm waiting on a reply from some other companies before I make my decision, has anyone heard of tw cues?

Jeez you can get a new cue for that, get in touch with Andy Travis mate. He once put a 3/4 joint in a cue and supplied a new shaft for me for £40

Tw cues have quoted me £40 for the joint with free SD fitting into the butt, but I'm not sure about the splicing,
