  • Looking for advice on a Burroughes & Watt Burwat Champion cue

    Hi there,

Im posting on behalf of my father.

In 1994 he was gifted a Burroughes & Watt Burwat Champion cue. The previous owner told him it was from the early 1900's.

It is 17 ounces and 58" in length. The tip is 8mm.

The wood is mainly ash with ebony & rose wood through it.

It has an ivory makers stamp on the butt of the cue and reference number.

The cue is in great condition and he is now looking to sell it as he would like to put the money towards his 1st grandchilds saving account.
We are looking for some advice on where to sell such a cue and how much they go for. He stays in the Highlands and I am in the Scottish Borders so anywhere around or in between would be ideal to take it to if anyone knows of any such place?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Emma
