    hi all. Which out of these 3 are the best cues in your opinions? and are there any other good cue makers at a reasonable price?

    Depends what your budget is Harry and how long you are prepared to wait .
    Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

      As has been said many times before, its not really down to the guy making the cue, they can all make fanstastic cues, the problem is will the cue suit you when it arrives. I'd say Robin and Coutts are probably two of the finest cue makers in the country, and do cue making the traditional way, planed by hand. Having had a cue off Dave I know at first hand what a very talented cue maker he is, his splice work is as perfect as you can get, never seen better. Never owned a Robin but his reputation speaks for itself, arguably the best cue playing maker of the three, you never see Robin's cues for sale much which tells you how good they must play. Don't know anything about Travis but as he's a relative newcomer I'm sure over time his reputation will increase so maybe the best choice for those on a budget. Who knows his cues could well command a much higher value if his rep increases.
