I'm from Malaysia, next to Thailand. So, what I paid is ex-factory price.
From what I know Maximus has contract distributors in Europe, they can't do direct dealing.
So is the different between dealer price & ex-factory price.

I agree, If you are from Malaysia, you can get it for a cheaper price.
But for one from Europe's better to deal with Stu.
Do'nt forget the VAT and other costs you have to pay. So, the price is about the same.
And Stu is the one who takes risks. I mean, is your cue not good or anything else, you deal with him. Do not have to send the cue back to the thailand. Of course, he makes a profit, but is one hundred percent earned it.

I had 10 years ago, a craftsman cue. was one of the best cues I've ever had .. in my opinion, they are very good. I heard yesterday from my cousin, they stopped making cues. (. If that's true, !!!!!????? ). Never played with Master cue . You could call Stu green . he can give you enough information. he sells Master cues. (If you want to buy one !!! ). I hope this helps.

If your going to talk to Stu then I would by a GBL from him. For the price they are a great cue. I have two of them a 3/4 and a one peice. Stu is also great to deal with.

                              Bob runs Dragon Cues.

Dragon Cues shouldn't be included anywhere near a best of list. I played pool for Wales for years and have probably seen 20 Dragon Cues up close. Don't get me wrong there are some nice ones but I have also seen 3-4 dogs. The joints seem to go bad quick, the finish isn't great and I have seen a couple that are really bent and a friends cue where the butt was almost square (his girlfriend chose it). The good ones I have seen are when someone has gone to his place, tried out all the cues and picked the best one available. Decent enough cue maker but not consistent enough to be classed at the top of his profession IMO.

What about the cue doctor in Southend?

I think his name is Gary Taylor and his cues are badged Taylormade. I think he has been mentioned in another thread in regards to a Pro using one of his Cues
