yep, read all that ages ago...
I believe what I said is true unless someone sees Will at a work bench somewhere finishing off cues and reports as such
    Nice to proved wrong though.

        Trevor White
        Stamford
        Dave Coutts
        Robin Cook
        Parris cues
        Tony Glover
        Crispian Jones
        Mike Wooldridge
        Robert Osborne
        Maximus Cues
        GBL cues

I know that is 11 not 10 but I didn't feel any of these could be left off my list as I've owned great cues from all of them

That's a good list. I have two GBL's and a Paris cue. All three are great cues. My next one on the list is a MW. Terry has one peice and loves it. I would really like to try a one peice Parris cue. Mine is a 3/4 but my one GBL that I ordered is a one peice and it defiantly has a real solid feel to it.

Yeh I only use 1 piece cues now, I really can't be doing with 3/4 cues but if I had to choose a 3/4 cue then I would use a Mike Wooldridge as his joints are great. I honestly couldn't recommend Stamford cuemakers highly enough, the shaft I got on my series 1 was absolutely spot on, the finish is genuinely 1 of the best I've ever felt and their customer service was brilliant

IMO these cuemakers are there at the top.

              Trevor White
              Stamford
              Robin Cook
              John Parris
              Dave Coutts
              Robert Osbourne
              Tony Glover

Although any cuemaker can produce some real gems if they put their mind to it.

Forgot to mention Jeson Owen as the maple cue my mate had , was an example of high quality craftsmanship.

Would certainly add Glover and Stamford , every Glover cue ive had have not only been spot on but great playing cues too .

Agree Defiantly glover & Stamford, never got a buzz for wooldridge cues maybe because they are way overpriced imo when you can get a cheaper better cue from trevor etc

my brothers wooldridge cue was quite literally the best all round cue i have ever seen, expensive yes but if we are judging the cues on the cues there is no question mike is one of the very best.
