  • John Parrott Cue Sports

    Folks,

Does anyone have John Parrott Cue Sports contact telephone number? There isn't one on the website and I'm trying to find out what's happened to a snooker ccue I ordered for my son.

    cheers,

    Steve

I have had loads of trouble with this company....Ordered a cue extension through their amazon affiliate which never arrived and was subsequently cancelled and am currently waiting for delivery of some Aramith ball cleaner and cloth...The website says "free & fast Delivery", however after placing the order at 8.20am on Saturday, its now Friday and after several emails which are now not being returned I am not too hopeful of seeing this product although payment was taken swiftly first thing on Monday morning....

      Dear Robert.

My name is Andy Savage -- I'm one of the directors of John Parrott Cue Sports. We work really hard to make sure that we live up to all of our customers' expectations, so I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience.

Firstly, with regards to your Amazon order, we employ Amazon to fulfill orders from their site directly. So if you order one of our products through Amazon it is shipped by them from one of their warehouses. We currently have 100% positive feedback on the Amazon platform for the past year and enjoy a good relationship with them. If you can email me some further details (your Amazon order ID, or when you placed the order), I'll take this up with them because orders shouldn't be going missing.

Your order for ball cleaner and cloth was received by us on Saturday and we despatched it via the post on Monday. Sadly large packets can take 2-3 days to arrive. We send small items via the post as it's the only cost-effective way of offering free postage on them. We will shortly be introducing a more intelligent shopping cart which will allow the option of expedited deliveries for those who want them. In the meantime if you don't receive your order by tomorrow please contact me directly.

With regards to emails going unanswered I don't think this is fair. Our customer services team are available 9-5 during the week and aim to answer all emails promptly. Looking at our records I can see that you've sent two emails chasing your order, one on Tuesday which was answered by customer services within three minutes and one on at 3:55pm on Thursday afternoon which was answered at 9:43 this morning.

      Best wishes...

      Andy Savage

I must say, I remember ordering a 3/4 leather cue case from John parrott cue sports in the past. It was a black/green that wasn't currently in stock at that time but Andy Savage dealt with all my emails very promptly and I thought the customer service was superb. In the end I changed to an all black 3/4 case and it arrived next day.

In reply to Andy Savages response, I have checked the times of his teams responses and he is indeed correct. His teams responses were actually quite prompt...I have offered my apologies to his team in a personal message. I still however am waiting for my delivery and is now Saturday 7 days after the initial order. Hopefully it will arrive today and we can all learn from this experience.

I purchased my table iron from JP and my elkmaster tips. Iron was not in stock on order but they sorted that out promptly. Elks seem to be great so far, I have a lovely hard one on at the moment, which is a blinder of a hitter.

A few years back I ordered some slip-on extensions and I believe I dealt with Andy regarding the VAT not being paid for overseas orders (their prices include VAT) and he was most accommodating and I received the shipment of 4 Extenda slip-ons in good time.

I didn't realize they had Talisman so I will be checking the site and probably asking Andy to drop the VAT and adding overseas shipping charges shortly.

Robert, Thanks for your response. I've written to you privately and hope this resolves the issue.

Terry, overseas customers outside of the EC can enter code VATFREE at our checkout to get the tax-free pricing automatically. Canadian shipping should be calculated correctly but we'll always see if we can get a better deal on the day the goods are sent.

We're really grateful for the support we receive from TSF members, thank you. And we have lots of cool stuff coming soon!

Got the same case and it arrived a day earlier than expected, sent them an email about 10pm thanking them for the swift service, got a reply from andy about 20 mins later to say no problem at all. Very good service from my experience.
