I too have purchased from them. I ordered a pool cue and couldn't be happier, it took a couple of weeks to be made (had to be custom made because of unusual specs) and when it arrived it was great and at a very reasonable price. Pleasure to deal with the company, also (if I remember correctly) got a christmas card from the company that year which is a nice touch.

I have bought 2 items from them recently and each time they were delivered the next day so no complaints here.

Also..they were very helpfull via their live chat while I was trying to choose an item.
