Steven Hendry Powerglide cue???

Thanks for the info Dom. There's a fair few stories going around about Stephen's cue. In particular about how much he paid for it. My information is that the cue was bought circa 1983 in Millers of Broxburn in Scotland. A price of £40 is often mentioned but I think it would have been more expensive unless his Dad managed to get a discount. I bought a plain ebony Purist around the same time as Stephen and I paid £40 so I'm sure Stephen's Conny would have been more expensive because of the fancy splicing.
With your knowledge of cues would you hazard a guess at the retail price of a Conny in 1983?
