    I know that it kind a dumb question but I have to make this clear..
    On the virtual cue maker, Burrwood=Amboyna burr ? or I have to ask for it specific ?

      I think there are different.

      Amboyna looks nice, but there crack easily unless treated properly.

          I don't know the trick but wood worker and cue maker should able to handle that. All I know is that they are brittle.

            If it is a small splicing, it should be safe to use. Don't use it for the whole handle as one piece.
