Hi will fit one to your cue but will not sell them seperately as they are unique to him.

When his shop re-opens look in there for prices and info.

              • also, something i did not take into account was the development of the 'blackspin' tip i've been working on. it's as black as the ferrule and difficult to see where ferrule ends and tip starts. doh!

which is why i stopped sending them out on recent orders and instead reverted to an earlier prototype (excellent feedback i might add)

but i'm solving the issue as we speak with an additional layer which not only makes the tip look reaalllyy cool, it produces a clean and clear line between the top of ferrule and bottom of tip.

there are no problems, only solutions...

Are you going to call the additional layer something stupid like the people at blackheart tips who call it a 'cherry deluxe ice cream sandwich indicator' hahaha

Possibly the same reasons as post #616 ?

                  . and it's still not just a black ferrule . . . .

It involves a core of whatever the material is and as such cannot just be fitted like a normal ferrule.

You should be email me if you wish to discuss business in depth...

Anyway, before I make a lot of money, I would be having to help sort out the damage caused by people trying to install them.

Extremely delicate work is involved in the shaft, and until such time as I devise a fool-proof method of installation, there will be no Blackspin core/ferrules made available to anyone.

That even applies to experienced cuemakers, possibly more so cos they like to do things their own way. They would need to do this EXACTLY as I tell them to guarantee success and negate any possibility of damage.

Trust me, I've learnt he hard way how to do this. I know what can and can't be done. So I will not be taking chances on allowing just anybody to have a go at doing it cos it will be me who has to pick up the pieces.

So, for the last time - it is NOT just a ferrule.

                            the right amount.

anyway, why would anyone need to know that?
