Yeah! It actually has 4 windows facing the field which is south facing!
Really happy with how much light it actually let's in!
Plus I can watch the birds whilst splicing lol lol

you might regret that. heat through the glass can get unbearable, and make sure the sun doesn't shine directly on any cues cos it WILL bend them, and it WILL crack lumps of wood you have lying around.

Im getting there m8, just about to start a new batch. Just finished a nice one, off to Terry Davidson and he seems pleased with it.
                    Its very addictive m8.
I know its gonna sound a bit weird but the smell of planed and sanded wood, you canny beat lol.

guys - as nice as that smell is (i agree), another strong recommendation, invest in as much dust extraction as you can afford.

                        it's a life saver.

Will have to save the pennies for that mike! I've been to Osbornes workshop many a time!
His system is simply class! Dust extraction on most machines to keep it to a minimum!
But it is expensive! So it will be a mask for me and doors open until I can afford it!
I've been treating the exterior of the workshop today!
Lots to do but enjoying it! Will be glad to get settled tho!
