  • Genuine Walter Lindrum cue ?

As seen on ebay, I was under the impression that this badge is from a hand spliced cue .

    real or not ?

I think it's safe to say the badge doesn't belong on that cue..

What about the Riley Black Tombstone? I'm not sure when they start but I have a 132 which must date from the 1930's?

I agree tho, if you look at the badge it doesn't even fit around the edges.
Even if it did fit, the lines/flow of the flat of the cue doesn't line up with the blending in on the badge.

This cue belongs to me.. I bought this from mastercraft cues from there workshop,
they had taken it in p/x, nothing about it being fake was mentioned or the badge did belong to that cue
or not...quite honestly i did not even look at the badge, the pics frankly do not do justice to
the cue at all, even if that cue was badgeless i would have bought it...and i am sure many others who like a good dark
mature ash shaft would have too... Thats all i can say about it, i am no expert on cues to have noticed that,
Badge or no badge its a cracker...and if it sells i guarantee the buyer will not be dissapointed,
if it does not sell i am cool with that too.

looking at it again i think its prob a mix and match with a old but and a new shaft added, the badge as been messed with at some point because you can see a few marks on the screw heads, the shaft looks good but a mixer in my opinion

yeap spotted that too, but if some buying for playing qualities, originality shouldnt matter. just to add which prob everyone knows, this type of lindrum cue was handspliced. so either butt is different to shaft or someone put different badge in
