Absolutely amazing bit of snakewood, nice shaft and looks like nice dark black ebony: perfect looking cue! Has to be one of the best I've ever seen :snooker:

Thanks Will, Its hopefully going to be my playing cue thats why I have left the square peg in the butt to give it a slightly traditional look.

Impolite question I know, but how much do these rascals cost?
Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

The Thuya on Macassar is really not an eye pleasing combination, that said both cues look perfectly made again. I guess we all have different tastes!

I did give the customer a choice of 7 different bits of burr and he chose this one. I would have left it plain macassar but the customer is always right!!

Loving the cue Jason. Snakewood sets a cue off well. Looking forward to getting mine. ;-)
              Always a pleasure

I would like the macassarr burr combo if it had maybe a thick birdeye maple veneer or something similar. Still a smashing cue.

Yeah I think it would look ok with a veneer. It is just the 2 woods side by side don't match. But whoever the customer is, I am sure they will love it, it is after all their cue and their design.

                              • that is really really nice, and if it plays even half as well as No.45 then someone is going to be very happy.
