How times change when I bought my cue on my 14th birthday the most expensive cue available was a Joe Davies and that was £8 which was much too expensive for me! So I bought a Permac one piece maple cue which cost me in old money £2-19s-11p 51 years later I am still using the cue so quite good value but I have a feeling the warranty has run out.

Just listed Cue 114 on ebay
It has a cracking front splice of Tulip, very nice figure. Also has a cracking shaft.

I've just managed to buy cue 114 and eagerly anticipate its arrival. Will give my thoughts when it arrives, but if it plays as well as it looks then I'm going to be very happy hopefully."You have to play the game like it means nothing, when in fact it means everything to you" Steve Davis.

Hi, I'd just like to share a few thoughts on Jason's work. Firstly, the wood choice on cue 114 is sublime. Lovely well configured tulip wood, jet black ebony (this is an overused phrase, but in this case it really is jet black), and the ash looks outstanding. All the splice points are spot on (I mean SPOT on) and it's a very nicely balanced cue in the hand. The finish is perfectly smooth and from top to bottom the cue was entirely blemish free. The ash is a lovely stiff piece and the cue felt far more powerful than any other cue I've had in the past. If you want a top quality cue, easily comparable with the like of Parris, Wooldridge, White, Coutts etc at a very good price then Jason is the guy for you.
Note the fact I'm not getting paid to say these things haha, it really is just a lovely cue."You have to play the game like it means nothing, when in fact it means everything to you" Steve Davis.
