Super tips are good. But the black spin are better.

In my mind you know what feels right. Even though I use plenty of cues just for fun from expensive to rack cues. I can safely say that mr wooldridge has done a good job on this one. Nothing fancy but the shaft is stiff. I've got a few big games coming up including national comp last 16. So I need to get some table time in. Still love my Dave coutts oak cue though. The Jason Owen cue has served me well and he did a great job. I've recommended him to so many people.

We'll see how this one goes. And I'll keep you updated.
Well 10 months on I'm still using the wooldridge cue for my matches. Just thought i bump this up for updates on members new and old playing cues.

              • I settled on the TW of all the cues I ordered Michael...

Chris Richardson is still using that Pro Ash he bought from you a couple of years ago too

He even had the cheek to clear up 40 odd with it last night to beat me in the league, lol.

That pro ash is quality. My mate wants one. But can't find one for love or money. Craftsman cues won't make them any longer. So he's after a second hand one.

                      • Hope you're well mate. Long time no see. My MW cue is great just wish it was1/4 inch longer. Contemplating ordering one more but for sake of 1/4 inch it's a load of cash. Would sell this to fund purchase but it's taking that leap of faith. Plus I think market for selling cues at minute is very slow. My mate got a gbl and maximus for less money than me cues and they're both awesome. Just waiting for him to do his usual and fall out with them. Then sell me the maximus. Haha

                        • I now play with an old machine spliced padmore badged cue from the 30's. Lovely cue, maple shaft and plain ebony butt and badge in great contition. I refinished the shaft and it's now smooth as silk. I sold all my other cues to stop the temptation of changing! I do have one old 20's cue with no ferrule. I'm sending that off to andy travis for a ferrule job so that can be my back up.
