That was actually his cue he won the world championship with. Only 15oz. A great piece of history.

              Holy grail

ADR147 As you have dealt with cues of all kinds and appear to have a great knowledge of them I would like to ask you What is your favorite cue of all time ? I wonder if you already own it or would move heaven and earth to get it ! other members may comment on what they consider the HOLY GRAIL of cues.

oddly i have a soft spot for a couple of pretty everyday cues - the jp mannock and the cheapy walter lindrum 4137 cue. no idea why, i just like them and have owned loads of both. if i could have a cue now i would like a one piece andy gibbs cue similar to one i owned 15 or 20 years ago.

there is no real holy grail of cues i am sure there are plenty out there yet to be discovered.

They are very nice. Thought if take the opportunity to share them with tsf members as there are not many around. They belong to a friend of mine called who is an ex pro referee. A top bloke who you could listen to for hours bin fact I did on Monday night. Lol. His billiard room in his house is immense and full of old memorabilia. I think some decent folk on here would even turn burglar if they knew what cues and books he had. I told him I'd post some pics on tsf and he was happy for that. As I said there would be lots of good guys on here wanting to see the pics. Hope you all like. Sorry for late reply to thread. Work mad. See you all when I'm back from holiday. Sun sea sangria and sand in my toes await ;-)

Hi mate. Just wondering if you measured the NW case for my mate, he is a tad fussy and just wants to make sure his TW will fit nice and snug. He also would like the external length as well, cheers mate, Fred
You may defeat me but I will fight you to the very end!!!!

Michael, ADR147, In the 1st post pics, Do you think the different wiggley line lengths
indicate a 1st, 2nd & 3rd edition of the same cue ( similar to the Diggle wiggley lines ) ?
