More forward weighted 3/4?!

Hi guys!

I'm interested in buying a new cue and saw the Mark Williams range on the craftsman website.
They have a cue on there thats an exact replica of his cue. The butt is jointed at 18and a bit inches to put the weight forward more.
Has anyone here got one or played with a more forward weight cue? Stupid question but is a 2 piece more forward weighted? All help appreciated!

i just bought a cue and the balance point is 18.5 inches,my previous cue balance point is 16",both two cue are the same weight but the new cue (18.5" bp) feel much heavier.dont know what the advantage yet.
