  • Parris Classic

SOLD SOLD 2012-07-12 10.53.01.jpg2012-07-12 10.52.16.jpgHi all. In the market for a new cue, so was wondering what my parris classic would be worth. It's quite an old one as i bought it new in late eighties early nineties cant quite remember. Its in good nick for it's age. Any idea's what it should be worth.

Ahh too short for me, but you should expect to get around £200 mark easy, if it looks nice, even more

It was mentioned on a thread not long ago but I can't remember the model name, but the machine spliced cues Parris used to make were split at 12in.

Yeah they do 12" as well. It looks like a 1 piece with shorter ebony splices. If you go on parris cue builder they offer 12" or 16" i think some of there standard cues are also 12".

                    Yip, that's the one.

Classics are usually split at 16in but going way back, they may well have offered a 12in split as an option, who knows.

What does it say on the badge, Classic or Master?

Deffo classic. i ordered it new with 12" butt as i always liked the look of shorter splices dont like the really long ebony butts like jimmy white style.

it will be at 12 cos Parris made all the cues as a 1p the split them at 12inch my mate got to really old ones and both are cut at 12

I have a JP Special circa 1988-89 and this is jointed at 12" and is around 17oz as well. As far as I know a lot of the early Parris were made this way i.e. one piece then jointed at 12" . Beautiful playing cues as well and yes it is an option on his new website.
