That will work for me as I play on a red American pool table and use red chalk!

Flame, just got mine today, first rate service on the postage front dude. That's what we need. It's going on now, I'm taking that GBL Pro Granite off, just can't help the temptation, even though the PG is quite a nice tip to be fair. My first impression is that it feels and looks (apart from the colour) like a Phoenix tip; I just hope it doesn't split like one!
Don't worry about padded envelopes, just send tips in a bit of bubble taped up in a small envelope. No point in ramping up your costs for no gain to either party. I did a bit of research and realised that I can get a 50 box of these tips for 40 something quid off ebay; there is no-one selling them as packs of three or as singles, so I can see why you might wish to sell them on. How much are you going to sell them for, should your feedback deem them worthy of resale? Good luck in this wee venture mate. I'll let you know how I get on with it next week (after a weekend of playing).Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

Couldn't resist playing with it. I was quite blown away, it's hard like a Talisman, and I had to use my dremel to get him into a nice dome; didn't want to spend an hour with a file. I find that there is more spin than with a GBL Pro Granite, more spin than with an elk, or blue diamond, or Phoenix or Talisman M. There's also more travel of the cue ball on plain ball shots, stun shots, etc. If it doesn't delaminate, and keeps up the work it has started, this could be the dream tip I've been looking for. It's definitely easier to move the cue ball with an Omin. And I like red, even if everyone will ask, what have you got on that cue?! red is very bright against the white ball, which will help with hitting in the white in the right place.Last edited by Particle Physics; 17 July 2012, 12:49 PM.Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

Good Day, I purchased one from dinodirect, i put it on this morning, very hard tip, makes a very distinct sound on impact, must keep well chalked, very good tip, keeps its chape, only about 4 hrs use so far but intend on practicing further with it to see if I get used to it. Cheers,I try hard, play hard and dont always succeed, at first.!!!!:snooker:

Received mine and had a few rounds with it today..
Had removed a good talisman for this so was really hoping that this was worth it...
Luckyly it was.... The chalk stayed for some time and even for a novice like me I could see a lot of difference in the stun and the screw shots...
If the tip holds up like this for some time I guess this would be my go to tip in the future...
Thanks a lot for letting me try this oneWhoever called snooker 'chess with balls' was rude, but right
