  • Amsa cues, Hereford

Hi guys, finally got to 10 posts so i thought i'd stick some pics up of a friends recent creations. He's been making them in his garage for donkeys years, I've got 2 now, really good playing cues, awesome finish, unfortunately not cheap though as no lathe in sight, just an overworked planer!Heres what he's made in the last 6 months anyway, plus a couple of resplice jobs

They look good! Couple of nice shafts in there as well. Is it just me though or do the splices look quite short and the joints quite low, it could just be the picture angle though? Nice badges as well.

Think you're limited to the amount of pictures you can put in one post, just put some more on in another post.

Just seen the picture of the cue with two joints! Now I've certainly never one like that before. Looks like good splice work.

Great looking cues. Shame he's not in Worcestershire; his cues would be twice as good! There's a cue maker in cattle town! lol
Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

the cue with 2 joints is one of his first cues, about 25 years old, first owner superglued the joint through the splices, plank, then next owner had extra joint put in recently. It is one of the best shafted cues i've ever played with, and i've had some decent ones.
