    I thought this might be the case. I'm not used to working with rosewood at all, so it's been a scary process.
    I'll oil it over the weekend again.

      the rosewood looking patchy could be down to an uneven coating of oil on it....

      and apparently the new peradon cues are utter tripe for quality.
