Been following his twitter feed and he seems to be working through the backlog slowly but surely.
Hopefully he gets back on his feet and starts taking new orders, the pics of the pale moon ebony cue are UNREAL would love to own one!

My palemoon spliced ebony cue came yesterday and all i have to say is "WOW"

Richard really is a cue maker at the top of his game..

The finish is far better than any of my JP or TW cues, and the shaft is amazing, 10 even chevrons running up the front with 5 on the back...

AND a free case.

Reading stories like this one and the Dan Shelton saga, not to mention Keith Auld a while back, just makes me sick in the stomach.

I got richard reply via facebook. He said wont take any new orders this moment until clearing those outstanding orders. Im asking richard how long the time scale appoximately. I have been waiting for 2 years if my cue to be taken another 2 years. I perfer take my deposit back rather than endless waiting. will update my status here.

Yeah, doubting that. From the amount of reviews ive seen their finish generally seems to rank from good to feeling like the cue has been varnished.

Pal, I've played for 30 years and the finish on both the Aurora cues i have is better than the JP, TW and RC i have had in the past..

Can only say what i know..

Well ive had plenty of Parris cues and i have a TW cue here currently and the finish on it is like glass, i can't possibly see how you could top a finish thats already super smooth. Same thing with the Parris cues.
