Go to www.parcelflight.co.uk they collect from your door and your cue will be delivered to Singapore within 3 to 5 days and cost is only £35. I use them all the time and they are brilliant.
Ask your Singapore customer to use VPOST, which is a Singapore post service to deliver UK purchases to singapore. You post the cue to a St Helens Merseyside address (tel 01612515000) and charge the customer your Royal Mail fee for that. Use the calculator at http://www.vpost.com.sg/vpost/vshopCalculator - for example a package that's 30" x 5" x 6" and weighing 2.5KG and a cue value of GBP 50, the vpost fee would only be S$54 = 27 quid which is what the customer will pay when the package arrives here. I'm a singaporean and looking to buy a cue, and this looks like a competitive way to do it. hope this helps
