    Following on from my thread here http://www.thesnookerforum.com/board...y-choice/page4 I decided to do a bit of experimenting with Cue weight and grip position.

    Now it's not too pretty to look at BUT it has confirmed that I prefer a heavier cue, this cue now weighs 19.8 oz.

    The tape is there to remind me where to put my hand following my first coaching session, not pretty but effective. This cue is a cheap Chinese Ebay job, so I stuck the lead on with double sided carpet tape. Just got to save my pennies now so I can buy what i really want.P1050291.jpg

    Where did you get the lead? Nice idea, might give it a try.

      Lead came of a roll of roof flashing I had in my shed, just cut a few pieces out until I got the right additional weight. I used some digital scales to weigh the cue and the lead before and after.
