Cue Craft Triumph TR8 Professional? any good?

Hi All,
I have been reading all your posts on the various cue makers and their associated costs/benefits. I was just an average player and do not think spending loads will make a difference.
Recently back to the game, used to mainly play in my misspent youth as they say. Have always loved it.
I was looking at one of these Cue craft TR8's but there is not to much written about them and what there is quite varied.
Anyone got one that would let me know how they are getting on with it or not?

for that price id look at mastercue they are good for the money or ebay one

I used to sell these or should I say try as they were never that popular.However from memory they are now cheaper than they were a good few years ago and are a nice looking cue.With that money I would go for something more traditional and less fancy splicing.
