On another thread he confirmed that he is still using the MW with Black Spin and prototype MW tip. Also I think he will be using it at the World Amateur Champs later this month in Sofia, best of luck TD!

                            Hi,
Thanks for your previous reply, sorry for taking so long to respond, been tied up with work.

Reason I'm wanting a handmade cue is that I need a custom made one with a bit extra length. Due to my reach/height I find generic ones too short and up until now have been using a Riley cue with a piece of an extension as a butt. Doesn't look as bad as it may sound, it's neat and tidy but I would rather have a one piece of my own.

After looking online, I decided what I want is a one piece cue, Ash & Ebony, no extra splicing. Measurements - 61.5" long, 33mm butt. Weight - 18.5oz.

I would like to see what choices of ebony you have because I like a bit of character in the wood. I see from your location that you are in Glasgow? I'm actually heading that way sometime at the start of December. Is it possible to visit your shop/workshop and see what shafts you have in stock?

I'm rather busy at the moment Steve but will keep you in mind!
You more than welcome to visit my workshop as I'm awaiting more ebony coming in!
There's not much difference in character on ebony! It's either jet black or has more brown colour through it!
                              Almost like maccasser ebony!
